COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stromag Frequency Converter parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the TecoMA7200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CFW700D88P0T4DBN1 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CFW700A06P0B2DBN1 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFS9S2004PLWN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thalheim such as KTD5010B10 equipment made by Thalheim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thalheim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thalheim" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130H7U420KB made by Toshiba as well as the popular VFS11S2022PLWNR5 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV11HU18F1U by Telemecanique and KTD5010B10 spares by Thalheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 353959 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Videojet. |
