COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stonel MQ2VE2S-556 QUARTZ MQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taiyo-Machinery products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sunx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sunx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taiyo-Machinery such as the DFS1200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GX4SB manufactured by Sunx and we are pleased to be able to service most Sunx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DP221 by Manufacturer Sunx as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telco Brand SMRR7600TPJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Surpass-Industry such as PTC14PC3MB2 equipment made by Surpass-Industry have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Surpass-Industry products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Surpass-Industry" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ZCMD21 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular GHS0038URB12V0 original spares produced by Temposonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS2641N131E268 by Tamagawa and PTC14PC3MB2 spares by Surpass-Industry are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RTS25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Transducer-Techniques. |
