COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stogra SE400.12.120V33/ET91 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Techno-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Techno-Drive such as the KR55MS2ZRKR55MS2ZR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 72194G1C manufactured by Volkman and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFS94055PLWN by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand CFW090070TGZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as UMC55600001 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 71508AA made by Volkman as well as the popular 363553 original spares produced by Tennant Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10844CE44ASG10110 by Vat and UMC55600001 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130H2U4110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
