COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober k202wg0460mr160/050f parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the RNHXS1420LYJ110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UTR0100500RM10069 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22311CJW33C3 by Manufacturer Timken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand PARAMAX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Textron such as MSH0301 equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9200429 made by Sundstrand as well as the popular HC3100 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 347120826452 by Thompson and MSH0301 spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E65MM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
