COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober TD572-0296K181-500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the VC57A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K202AG0460MR160140BLL manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K302VG0350MT10F by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand 1105C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sunnen such as WheelDrive equipment made by Sunnen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sunnen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sunnen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TBM made by Superior as well as the popular LHYJS2B125YY1151 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3MM9311WICRTUM by Timken and WheelDrive spares by Sunnen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RG150010SSPS03ACEGD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron. |
