COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober TD27-0000-F-K-56W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thomas-Micron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 3699090030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 346128076379 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3471242659970 by Manufacturer Thomas-Micron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand 423142889457 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as 15120 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H3115 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular MR94761L1QLD original spares produced by Tigear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13SCH238 by Tb-Woods and 15120 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
