COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober PH421F0100MT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the P60B13200LCX2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N0342FENMSN manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MUMD062T2S2 by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand P60B13150HCX23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Whedco such as MTR3N32HR0NSA equipment made by Whedco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Whedco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Whedco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NSM5647 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular P14X1371M original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPM8921762 by Intek and MTR3N32HR0NSA spares by Whedco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P14H1447S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
