COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober PA321SPD0100MF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the VC57 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHU30B109W2 manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHV50A020 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 3MM9310WICRDUM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomas-Micron such as 347124225826 equipment made by Thomas-Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomas-Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomas-Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 62X6BSK made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular CNVMS034095YBAV original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 421143718030 by Thompson and 347124225826 spares by Thomas-Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS3BK65 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Swagelok. |
