COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P701SPN0050KX701VF0020M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the R137AOM1SPEC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS804 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SEBS15WAUU2830mm by Manufacturer Nb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand SK90221AZD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as RF75240B9H equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R57DRE80M4 made by Sew as well as the popular SHV35A975YSA original spares produced by Cone Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RB30040UUCC0EG by Thk and RF75240B9H spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RF71825TB5H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
