COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P521SPD0050KX501VF0020MF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out System-Sensor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sygnetron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CHHMS106185YBR2B35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAWPSS4M7 manufactured by System-Sensor and we are pleased to be able to service most System-Sensor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11D04004 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Strongarm Brand 40415100F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Electronic such as 20600232 equipment made by Tr-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 71707 made by Suetron as well as the popular 2003RAP04 original spares produced by Systel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HAFF13BG2 by Sumitomo and 20600232 spares by Tr-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G2451 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sweo. |
