COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P521SGZ0040ME parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taylor-Wharton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Szmwkj parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sunx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor-Wharton such as the 34HC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NST6000N450 manufactured by Szmwkj and we are pleased to be able to service most Szmwkj systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LPADP40 by Manufacturer Sunx as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tci Brand KDRH2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Super-Lube such as 53550 equipment made by Super-Lube have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Super-Lube products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Super-Lube" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 270185802 made by Sun-Microsystems as well as the popular FFE original spares produced by Sullins Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHM05612571 by Sumitomo and 53550 spares by Super-Lube are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSS201803227 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taishi. |
