COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P501SGN0050M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sure-Seal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tigear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sure-Seal such as the STSR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4542A5520C manufactured by Tigear and we are pleased to be able to service most Tigear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12BE by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand 5V593 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Subaki such as 1816UP8M equipment made by Subaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Subaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Subaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2687826822 made by Timken as well as the popular CNVMS509543 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSD14021X1426011999 by Stuwe and 1816UP8M spares by Subaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M02236BNVIA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron. |
