COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P421SPR0040MT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moeller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Biesse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPLB640FMJ24AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NZM3XR manufactured by Moeller and we are pleased to be able to service most Moeller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT1199 by Manufacturer Biesse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MSK040C0600NNS1UG0NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Neotech such as N250422 equipment made by Neotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Neotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Neotech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT40DXHSS256N128TGD4XSC14S5 made by Bei as well as the popular MTE4070SPECIAL original spares produced by American-Eagle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P18A1590 by Reliance and N250422 spares by Neotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N34062H00AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
