COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P421SPR0030KX401VF0010MF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Volkman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trane such as the TR16062GT4CN1STR0DLF00A30C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X4C40200C manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VED20019BAT by Manufacturer Volkman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand N3407C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trust-Automation such as C2030 equipment made by Trust-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trust-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trust-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130H2U4500 made by Toshiba as well as the popular N3215N1U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H7U4600B by Toshiba and C2030 spares by Trust-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV66D12M2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
