COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober P412PN0150M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumer-S.a. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomas-Micron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumer-S.a. such as the LD32LH1P14C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 347124225826 manufactured by Thomas-Micron and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomas-Micron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1104C by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CHH6175R211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as JHM534110 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1105C made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 1VP65118 original spares produced by Tb-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 422155968358 by Thompson and JHM534110 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HTH600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
