COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K513WF0195MR250/210 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermal-Transfer-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the 13SCH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B703B4FBRB manufactured by Thermal-Transfer-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermal-Transfer-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 68x5BSK by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CNHJS6095Y43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Texrope such as 1000800731 equipment made by Texrope have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Texrope products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Texrope" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHV20Y3A09 made by Textron as well as the popular CNHJ4105Y21 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHH4170Y17 by Sumitomo and 1000800731 spares by Texrope are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5V675 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
