COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K402AG0280MR160/140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Formsprag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Formsprag such as the LLH900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MB056S00605 manufactured by Force and we are pleased to be able to service most Force systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMA42Q0110000 by Manufacturer Pacific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand LPB070SMF1100D13S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kaydon such as KD055XP3 equipment made by Kaydon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kaydon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kaydon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MR94255UGC made by Dodge as well as the popular PX60020108 original spares produced by Parker/bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KM3454 by Baldor and KD055XP3 spares by Kaydon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP070SMF171D13S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein. |
