COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K302WG0560MT10F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the 864B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSHV25W9A manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU251 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stober Brand K514VN3000MT20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as RNHXS1420RYJ125 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SVH50A9022 made by Textron as well as the popular 161014M170 original spares produced by Sure-Grip Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M092LS08 by Superior and RNHXS1420RYJ125 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11SCHX2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
