COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K302WG0170MR200/180BLL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the M645194001PU07916360MW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMA45R0110000 manufactured by Pacific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSHV25A0967A by Manufacturer Cone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand R147R77DT80K4TH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as LHHM1 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MR94828Y made by Dodge as well as the popular MRJ370B original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NE23010 by Parker and LHHM1 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR94878 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
