COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K202WF0052MT20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taiyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Strongarm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taiyo such as the 6FA32BB785GDB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MK27121 manufactured by Tac and we are pleased to be able to service most Tac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 404151T0040505 by Manufacturer Strongarm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stork Brand 2R715216C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tascunit such as 1266P equipment made by Tascunit have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tascunit products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tascunit" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FD2002 made by Technical--Try as well as the popular FC1300 original spares produced by Takex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS2640N31E64 by Tamagawa and 1266P spares by Tascunit are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA110DU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ta110du-90m. |
