COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober K102AGD0200D80L4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Wood-Ft.-S-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taylor-Wharton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Strongarm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Wood-Ft.-S-Inc such as the LST90250B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34XT11 manufactured by Taylor-Wharton and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor-Wharton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 404181T00 by Manufacturer Strongarm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Takenaka Brand T6679 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Taylor-Wharton such as R0188C00 equipment made by Taylor-Wharton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taylor-Wharton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taylor-Wharton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTM made by Sts as well as the popular CCD640 original spares produced by Systech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRG25H by Tci and R0188C00 spares by Taylor-Wharton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11519 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sutron. |
