COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stober F402VGN-0072-MR30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued T-B-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texrope product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader T-B-Woods such as the MS110R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHJS4090Y25 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1000800731 by Manufacturer Texrope as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Synchroflex Brand AT101320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 1104BSK equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RG150010SSPS03ACEGD made by Textron as well as the popular 3V694 original spares produced by Tb-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDDOKV4AD by Sun-Hydraulics and 1104BSK spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LHH4A105RKK128 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
