COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dover products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dover such as the SUPB3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5410 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLMLDL74X27N00 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 24680504CVV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynapar such as 526B02562A0111 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UA18CLD06PO made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 540301 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PIR9400A3A1AW by Det and 526B02562A0111 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2CTDM5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chemineer.
