COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti PA46-3-500-Q2-N01-NP-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb such as the X4C4001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OIH482000P8L65V manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HAWC116592 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumtak Brand LFC0021024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tai-Shi such as GSS201801704 equipment made by Tai-Shi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tai-Shi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tai-Shi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGE245L made by Sti as well as the popular OSE original spares produced by Tamagawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB13501 by Tasc-Drives-Inc. and GSS201801704 spares by Tai-Shi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS520CP115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Symcom. |
