COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti Omron MC478R-20-1200-X, MC47-20-1200-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl-Fuchs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the NW3125T32W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCE984381 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NBB518GM60E3 by Manufacturer Pepperl-Fuchs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MCV41A00755A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metasys such as MSNAE35142 equipment made by Metasys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metasys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metasys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSK100C0200NNM1BPONNNN made by Rex-Roth as well as the popular MDSABT2 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0400YF by Foxboro and MSNAE35142 spares by Metasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG150M2CK1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
