COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti O31-2-PN-2PT-2CT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bayside parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texas-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the R25F05001000640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RA142015 manufactured by Bayside and we are pleased to be able to service most Bayside systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM550C102 by Manufacturer Texas-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand RX2195 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as SR9BUF2G1BUF2 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OF4160BX made by Sti as well as the popular RAD10012 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV100 by Rjs-Inc and SR9BUF2G1BUF2 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T150901B7062A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moog. |
