COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MSF4800S-20-0920-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Te-Connectivity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Suzhou parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Synoptics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Te-Connectivity such as the PT9101080063374 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS500AS5R5I212 manufactured by Suzhou and we are pleased to be able to service most Suzhou systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000NT by Manufacturer Synoptics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand RNYMS2152012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tec-System such as 122836 equipment made by Tec-System have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tec-System products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tec-System" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LPADP40 made by Sunx as well as the popular HLC1CMTR original spares produced by Sunx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB13501 by Tasc-Drives-Inc. and 122836 spares by Tec-System are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSF4800S301080X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
