COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MS46SR-30-1045-Q1-R-NC-FP-HA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Suzhou products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takenaka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Taian product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Suzhou such as the IS500AS5R5I212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LR86018 manufactured by Takenaka and we are pleased to be able to service most Takenaka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K1455F3 by Manufacturer Taian as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Styrkonsult-Ab Brand 4095619 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Swagelock/whitey such as 155SR equipment made by Swagelock/whitey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swagelock/whitey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swagelock/whitey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASO28D54400 made by Sygnetron as well as the popular KDRG22L original spares produced by Tci Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STP by Sure-Step and 155SR spares by Swagelock/whitey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLT19P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Synatec. |
