COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MS46SR-14-1130-Q1-R-NC-FP-HA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sylvania parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Szn30-1024rf-30j product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRJ22H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 77U03276 manufactured by Sylvania and we are pleased to be able to service most Sylvania systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SZN30 by Manufacturer Szn30-1024rf-30j as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand MSF4800S200920X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti such as MS7SR12800X equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KGW04040L made by Suruga-Seiki as well as the popular CNHM16125YBAVB7 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS2640N31E64 by Tamagawa and MS7SR12800X spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J31516 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
