COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MS46LR20870Q1RNCFPCSP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sunx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tem-Controlli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Texas-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sunx such as the LAA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP8612CH manufactured by Tem-Controlli and we are pleased to be able to service most Tem-Controlli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TD104D by Manufacturer Texas-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sunx Brand SF1S48D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Takex such as F1RM04 equipment made by Takex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AFO13045 made by Sti as well as the popular 142312H original spares produced by Switchmat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XCKJ5984B2647 by Telemecanique and F1RM04 spares by Takex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2000LINE6POLE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa. |
