COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MS46LR-20700-Q1-R-NC-FP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Styrkonsult products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Swagelock/whitey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Styrkonsult such as the 42150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS201801704 manufactured by Taishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Taishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 155SR by Manufacturer Swagelock/whitey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sure-Site Brand 818573 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti such as OF46SR501390Q1RNCFPSC1 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T30UINA made by T30uina-5577 as well as the popular 57610115F original spares produced by Stromberg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R0338C00 by Taylor-Wharton and OF46SR501390Q1RNCFPSC1 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HIY2018032341 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taishi. |
