COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MS46-30-1215-Q1-X-SC1/MS46SR-30-1215-Q1- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Strainsert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the 100077 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPA0751 manufactured by Strainsert and we are pleased to be able to service most Strainsert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature THDR0511A000 by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumtak Brand LEI056300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camco such as 100004 equipment made by Camco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K180812 made by Turck as well as the popular RHS008DUD6D1V21 original spares produced by Temposonics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS46LR301045Q1RNCFP by Sti and 100004 spares by Camco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI20RW30DAP6XH1141F3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
