COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sti MC47LR-20-825-X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perkins products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dorris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tempsonics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perkins such as the 2600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34969 manufactured by Dorris and we are pleased to be able to service most Dorris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0260MD601L0 by Manufacturer Tempsonics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Viatran Brand 5715BCSTFYMZU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marley such as 16239 equipment made by Marley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MG46SR501045RD1MG46501045XD1 made by Sti as well as the popular 350830C123111130011301 original spares produced by Teletrans Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLC100K by Transducer and 16239 spares by Marley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC47000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
