COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sunx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the OUT18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T85820106003005096 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF1A48D by Manufacturer Sunx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ulvac Brand PSH071SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri-tronics such as 19792 equipment made by Tri-tronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-tronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-tronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RU100CP40LIUX made by Turck as well as the popular 15982 original spares produced by Placid

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21317 by Skf and 19792 spares by Tri-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31569 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Greenlee.
