COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling SPH0302A001434 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 28995 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UT0181000RM18071 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MUU75A063A2 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand 7SSUREFLEX112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNHJ6095DAY231 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RF0502 made by Syncrogear as well as the popular 04408952100 original spares produced by Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K303WG0390MR160140F by Stober and CNHJ6095DAY231 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P905M15SDS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
