COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling SBO014MCA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ross parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Refu-Elektronik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the R22L7500R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RC1252P01FS400 manufactured by Ross and we are pleased to be able to service most Ross systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RD517W75L by Manufacturer Refu-Elektronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand SA31DT71D48M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gec such as RX630DR1490Z equipment made by Gec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R88MU05030HAS1 made by Omron as well as the popular R850B012WLO original spares produced by Sanyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R32HSNCTSNSNV02 by Pacific-Scientific and RX630DR1490Z spares by Gec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PK243A1SG72 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental. |
