COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling SB0014PHA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Antek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Antek such as the RMF71EA2204 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R27R17DT71K4 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PK243A1SG72 by Manufacturer Oriental as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shanghai Brand Q320621PYB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as R6ZESD444TS equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX34005 made by Fanuc as well as the popular S180100SA original spares produced by Nippon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R276K0596905N by Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor and R6ZESD444TS spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R2E225BE5109 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ebmpapst. |
