COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling S2238HQ06056121 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sealmaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Twin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sealmaster such as the SPM31 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP311C001 manufactured by Twin and we are pleased to be able to service most Twin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSO73500CCJUW by Manufacturer Cone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand WDHF92640B5H104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ex-cell-o such as SHV30Y8B equipment made by Ex-cell-o have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ex-cell-o products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ex-cell-o" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SF73210B9J made by Boston as well as the popular SD18M6018564A original spares produced by Parvalux Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XP080 by Taktomat and SHV30Y8B spares by Ex-cell-o are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAF52DT80M4BM140041 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-eurodrive. |
