COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling S2175HQ03056751 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ex-cell-o parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SF67D16DT80K4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHV30Y8B manufactured by Ex-cell-o and we are pleased to be able to service most Ex-cell-o systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TXT125S by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bonfiglioli Brand VFR49 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexnord such as SR1100202A equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U213310BMC56C made by Ohio as well as the popular S37DT71C45044953 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHV40B5789A by Cone and SR1100202A spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WV1200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linkbelt. |
