COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling S2175FHQ01556102 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the 63320024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P522SPR0250KX401VF0020MF manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1VP68118 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tigear Brand 20Q25H14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHMS156195DBYA104 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LD32LH1P14C made by Sumer-S.a. as well as the popular CNHJ6095DAY231 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17Q20R56 by Tigear and CHHMS156195DBYA104 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer T-B-Woods. |
