COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling M185UN 0610XB6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Strap-lite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Summit product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Strap-lite such as the VHC32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QTSM932CR50 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8025Poinch by Manufacturer Summit as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand HC3100H3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tigear such as 23Q30LR56 equipment made by Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tigear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MASRV25Y1A made by Textron as well as the popular 5V1324 original spares produced by Tb-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5V1184E by Tb-Woods and 23Q30LR56 spares by Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5V753SF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods. |
