COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling 691-00009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stork-tronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stork-tronic such as the ST723103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OIT3155A00 manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT1020LBL by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Struthers-Dunn Brand 77A71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unico such as 310009 equipment made by Unico have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unico products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unico" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F3XD643N made by Yogogawa as well as the popular 3HAB8101204B original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1336C005EAD by Allen-bradley and 310009 spares by Unico are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EX10MMC11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
