COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stelron RD2-8P-150-PH-LK-M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the TXT5B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP075SMF225 manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH035A0251 by Manufacturer Cone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand TXT825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Conedrive such as S09050SWSAC03DGKCK equipment made by Conedrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Conedrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Conedrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SHV25C0A made by Conedrive as well as the popular S42000C1 original spares produced by Winsmith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK42F90S4 by Nord and S09050SWSAC03DGKCK spares by Conedrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA57TDT90L4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
