COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Steinmeyer 1416.218/10.32.446.595 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tai-Shi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS46SR1470Q1RNCFPHA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HIY2018032343 manufactured by Tai-Shi and we are pleased to be able to service most Tai-Shi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHMS05 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stober Brand P421SPR0050MT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sweo such as G2451 equipment made by Sweo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sweo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sweo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 702580 made by Sweo-Controls as well as the popular HLC108FBK original spares produced by Sunx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS520CP115 by Symcom and G2451 spares by Sweo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TP32ET Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sutron. |
