COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stegmann DG60LRSR2046 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out T30uina-5577 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling-Electrical product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS4800B20760R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T30UINA manufactured by T30uina-5577 and we are pleased to be able to service most T30uina-5577 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SIH0902A03043 by Manufacturer Sterling-Electrical as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand MC7SR20300X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Systeme-Lauer such as LCA2850 equipment made by Systeme-Lauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Systeme-Lauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Systeme-Lauer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DTC140001 made by Syron as well as the popular J2A180 original spares produced by Stelron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GFN05540 by Sumitomo and LCA2850 spares by Systeme-Lauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 54655 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Super-Lube. |
