COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 8-004-664-00 / 566846400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the LHYJS3C145YY1207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4506SPB manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHV50A020 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Textron Brand MH0401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stober such as K202AGDO250MR1400 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 347124225826 made by Thomas-Micron as well as the popular MCS10WHD original spares produced by Tb-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P905M15SDS by Tb-Woods and K202AGDO250MR1400 spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TB215SM25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling. |
