COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 5-66-8355-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Synchroflex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tecnoingranaggi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Synchroflex such as the AT10890042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2100312421 manufactured by Stm and we are pleased to be able to service most Stm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BGT6001315 by Manufacturer Tecnoingranaggi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Textron Brand 04408952100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sure-Grip such as QDF equipment made by Sure-Grip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sure-Grip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sure-Grip" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LGSERIES made by Techno-Wasino as well as the popular 566508100 original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P522SPR0250KX401VF0020MF by Stober and QDF spares by Sure-Grip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MHV20Y3A09 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron. |
