COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 5-16-5150-00-018 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the SUMITOMO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PB0160PN manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1405C by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CHHXS4145DBY165 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Texas-Hydraulics such as 17065 equipment made by Texas-Hydraulics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Texas-Hydraulics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Texas-Hydraulics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CHH4135DCY made by Sumitomo as well as the popular Nt340050RM090139 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30H100SD by Tb-Woods and 17065 spares by Texas-Hydraulics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHHBJMNIA6165DCY354 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
