COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 1087712B1QG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the 1VP68118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BH68 manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S102AF0870D71L4B by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sterns Brand 105603210DLF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNHX4105G51G80C120 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8V20010 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular MC1B original spares produced by T-B-Woods Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 226BQ010182 by Sterling and CNHX4105G51G80C120 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TBM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Superior. |
