COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stearns 108703100ENF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ao-Smith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ade parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ao-Smith such as the 22200700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 02097402 manufactured by Ade and we are pleased to be able to service most Ade systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15000IA06B0202B005 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ingersoll-Rand Brand 93969889 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT51010AC711 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 236408 made by Indramat as well as the popular 1070082030 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00158OT3E145T by Weg and 1FT51010AC711 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 781569E11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
